Aims
Critical self understanding is the cornerstone of good leadership and the emphasis of this module is on developing deeper self knowledge and insights, strategies for effective reflective practice, successful goal setting and action planning techniques in order to maximise own learning potential, develop leadership capability and ensure personal well being.
Learning Outcomes
