Aims
To develop a coherent understanding of the issues relating to theory and practical applications of change management within organisations and the impact of cultural aspects on organisations and projects.
Learning Outcomes

Critically evaluate the relevant theories and concepts within projects and organisational structures.

Appraise concepts of change management and the role of management in the success of projects.

Critically assess international management from a cultural perspective and its influence on project management when working in global marketplaces.

Additional Information:The module develops students' understanding of organisation and project structures considering how these can change to match the environment they operate in.
