Aims

To provide an opportunity for students to acquire substantive knowledge of criminal law to align with the SRA's (Solicitors Regulation Authority) Foundations of Legal Knowledge.

Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate understanding of the substantive criminal law

Understand the criminal procedure rules

Formulate arguments based upon facts, general principles and legal authority in criminal law

Apply knowledge to MCQs to identify the correct answer through application of the law
