Aims

To provide a basis for knowledge, understanding and analysis of the principles of contract law to align with the SRA's (Solicitors Regulation Authority) Foundations of Legal Knowledge.

Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate a critical understanding of the concepts, values and principles of contract law formation

Demonstrate the ability to apply learned knowledge to legal problems

Demonstrate an ability to present arguments that address particular legal issues relevant to the study of contract law
