Aims
This module aims to develop learners' critical understanding of systems thinking, culture and culture development tools and principles through the use of Organisational Development (OD) approaches and interventions to improve organisational performance and effectiveness.
Learning Outcomes
1.
Evaluate the appropriateness and application of diagnostic models, frameworks and approaches when analysing complex problems.
2.
Demonstrate advanced and integrated knowledge in planning, implementing and evaluating organisation development interventions theories and put into practice in order to create and promote sustainable business.
3.
Identify and explore the relationship between organisational development and organisational design and the achievement of strategic objectives.
4.
Critically apply a range of consultancy approaches and strategies.

Module Overview:
This is a specialist module on the programme for the Organisation Development (OD) pathway. The module will build upon previous OD learning and will put practice OD interventions utilising diagnostic and dialogic tools and techniques. In addition the module will have a strong focus on analysing and evaluating organisational culture.
