Aims
This module will enable learners to:
- Critically evaluate models of organisational design to facilitate efficient workflow that promotes collaborative working across functions.
- Critically analyse process improvement methodologies that support organisational effectiveness and performance.
Learning Outcomes

Develop a critical understanding of the theory and conceptual framework of organisation design and critically review assumptions.

Formulate decisions and apply appropriate organisational design concepts, structures, relationships, processes and systems to develop organisational sustainable responses in the face of disruptive change.
3.
Develop and use an improvement approach, demonstrating creative problem solving to formulate Organisational Development practice-based solutions and process improvement.
