Contact Hours with Supervisors is outlined in the module guide as follows:

"A guide to the typical supervisor contact milestones follows and you will need to arrange this with your supervisor in advance. You should have drafted the relevant sections of your work prior to each contact and have made these available at least two working days prior to any meetings to allow your supervisor sufficient time to review your draft work and prepare comments. A discussion of how your supervisor will manage the supervision process with you will be a feature of the initial meeting. We will aim to have at least four milestone contacts with you throughout the supervision process. A guideline to the timing of this contact meeting can be found below:"
1. Initial meeting/contact via email: weeks 33 and 34
2. Literature Review and Methodology (Weeks 35-36)
3. Data analysis and provisional results (Weeks 37-44)
4. Results, discussion and conclusions (Weeks 45-49)
5. Subject to supervisor availability - review of final draft (Weeks 50-52)
6. Review of your final draft
