Aims
Breakdown of delivery hours per week. There will be 18 hours of total delivery for this Module. This will include 3 hours online presentations per week for each of the six topics. Additional direct contact will be made as and when required between the Student and Module and / or Programme lead. Aims This module introduces the student to the issue of intelligence sharing and cooperation. It complements Module 4 – 7210PS (Case studies in success and failure in intelligence) Effective intelligence relies on agencies and individuals who work within these organisations to systematically collect, record and then enable sharing of their intelligence either directly or by placing it within an accessible electronic data system. History reveals a long list of intelligence failure where this has not happened as efficiency and effectively as it should have done (e.g. 9/11 attacks, Soham murders and Ian Huntly and the murder of Daniel Pelka in Coventry)
