Aims
To engage in independent and critical thinking and apply theoretical concepts in the field of Modern History
To identify, assess and critically evaluate relevant research resources.
To present and defend research findings in an appropriate and scholarly manner.

Critically analyse appropriate research methodologies and incorporate these into the Dissertation.

Outline Syllabus:
Students will meet with their supervisor to discuss the dimensions of the project, identify and address key scholarship in the field, develop an appropriate methodology, and establish an agreed framework for progress.
