Aims
The aim of this module is to provide opportunities for students to develop themselves as part of a team working as consultants on a live business project, applying theoretical knowledge in a practical environment. Front loaded inputs through workshops will support students in managing the project and working effectively with stakeholders. Addressing the brief will be guided by academics and regular feedback maintained through a series of weekly presentations demonstrating progress through the project.
Learning Outcomes

Critically evaluate business practice within theoretical frameworks

Provide detailed analysis of the sector, make interpretations and draw conclusions to apply strategic decision making in a specific organizational context and to achieve the project aim.

Communicate information evidencing the decision making journey reflecting professional standards in consultancy work.
