The presentation of practice assessment is focused on a 1500 word (&#43;/- 10%) clinical practice change report and a 25 minute (&#43;/- 10%) presentation and 10 minutes (&#43;/- 10%) for the panel to gain clarification on any aspect of the presentation or the clinical practice change report
