Aims

The aims of this module are for students to develop an understanding of business problems and issues
and provide them with the opportunity to apply key academic theories and models in the development
of a solution that meets the client’s needs. In addition students will reflect on their personal
development and consider next steps post-graduation.

Learning Outcomes

Critically analyse key academic and industry literature relating to the problem/issue.

Formulate an appropriate solution to identified problem/issue.

Appraise the value added of the project on a wide range of stakeholders.

Module Content

Outline Syllabus:
Analysis of project brief. Market and industry scoping. Ideas and opportunities. Project solutions. Solution
enhancements. Project legacy
Module Overview:
Develop an understanding of business problems and issues and provide students with the opportunity to apply key
academic theories and models in the development of a solution that meets the client's needs. In addition students
will reflect on their personal development and consider next steps post-graduation.
Additional Information:
This module allows students to work to create unique and bespoke solutions to real life clients based on project
briefs. Students are encouraged to work in teams and independent learning is encouraged throughout.
