Aims
The module provides the student with the opportunity to undertake a sustained period of professional practice within an area of music, entertainment, theatre or events that reflects their career aspirations (a minimum of 310 hours of professional practice). The student will have the opportunity to contribute to an organisation’s activities in a broad and in-depth manner over a period of months. The student will be able to gain experience and knowledge to help them gain employment or self-employment in their chosen area.
Learning Outcomes

Utilise appropriate techniques and skills for managing people, information, resources and operations to achieve project outcomes.

Apply planning, organisational, problem-solving and time management skills within a professional environment.
3.
Operate productively both within a team and in an independent and autonomous manner with minimal supervision.

Apply theoretical knowledge within a practical environment.
5.
Apply theoretical knowledge to critically review, reflect upon and evaluate their own performance and practice, and create plans for future personal development.
