Aims

To develop an awareness of the context and factors that inform and influence the practice of architectural technology nationally and internationally. To develop an awareness of current topics, practices and professional ethics which inform the discipline of architectural technology.

Learning Outcomes

1.
Critically analyse and evaluate the impact of a range of factors on current construction practice, with particular reference to architectural technology.
2.
Demonstrate critical understanding of the role of the professional body for Architectural Technology, including the code of conduct.
3.
Critically reflect and evaluate on your own core, technical and professional skills.
