Aims
This module aims for students to apply knowledge skills and behaviours to practice in a work based project which allows the student to bring together learning from across the programme. This enables the student to build on their development the opportunity for the student to demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours in the workplace
Learning Outcomes

Negotiate objectives with employer for a synoptic project, applying a structured project management process
2.
Critically analyse, using relevant concepts and problem solving approaches, a business situation and develop a business case to professional standards
3.
Critically analyse and synthesise the business case to support decision making.
4.
Present findings with reflection on their effectiveness and recommendations for improved practice

Additional Information:Formative assessment will take place at stages during the preparation of the portfolio. Action learning groups set up at the beginning of the programme provide a learning strategy for learners to explore their project issues and opportunities within a group setting, receiving feedback and support in developing their approach and ideas.
