Module Overview:
To enhance the students ability to critically analyse mental health care practices. The module aims to develop the student's understanding of the complexity of care and equip them with the skills required in nursing complex cases. It will allow the students to experience caring for patients with complex needs and also to consider the effects of complexity on the patient, and on the family/carer. Students undertake guided independent learning and bring this to group activities in which a scenario is used to facilitate their professional knowledge and development
