Aims

This module aims to introduce students to the nature of organisational change and the development of strategies to support the management of change process both operationally and through collaboration with all stakeholders.

Learning Outcomes

Explain the nature, purpose and context of change management

Critically assess the effectiveness of leading and managing change
3.
Apply networking and relationship building strategies to internal and external stakeholder and customer engagement
4.
Evaluate sustainability approaches related to corporate citizenship and to building sustainable organisations.
