Aims

The aim of this module is to develop a critical understanding of key factors relating to the effective
management of people and processes in order to achieve positive organisational outcomes.

Learning Outcomes

Evaluate the process of managing people and the dynamics of team management.

Analyse how knowledge of individual differences can motivate and manage people to deliver organisational performance.
