Aims
Students will be guided, mentored, and taught how to engage with their own personal and professional development.
They will analyse and reflect upon their ambitions and ideas, developing a flexible and coherent strategy, in respect of their own learning and career development aspirations.
Students will also be guided towards the choice and establishment of their Level 6 Placement Project or Enterprise Project.
Through a series of seminars with professional industry executives and practitioners, students will also further their understanding of, and engagement with, management as it exists within the creative industries and performing arts.

Outline Syllabus:
- Methods for objective Self-Evaluation and Self-Reflection.
- Recognition of what personal and professional development consists of.
- Setting of coherent, achievable, sustainable, and healthy targets for personal growth and professional development.
- Curriculum Vitae - design, purpose, and completion.
- Interview Skills and Techniques.
- Practical guidance, mentoring and support towards the student's choice of, application for, and planning of, their Level 6 Placement Project or Enterprise Project.
- Seminar based engagement with executives and practitioners from across the creative industries and performing arts.
