Aims

Outline Syllabus:
Basic principles of construction contracts – parties/personnel, standard forms of construction contract with reference

to Local and International Construction Contract.

Risk and responsibility inherent in a variety of standard forms of contract in relation to time, payment, quality and design.

Introduction to International Forms of Contract.

Discharge of Contracts,

Measure of damages and Insolvency.

Letters of Intent.
