Aims
This module will explore theories and practices of project management including the role of the project manager and stakeholders. On successful completion of this module students will have the skills and knowledge to apply theory and practice to real world scenarios.
Learning Outcomes

Analyse theories of project management, standards and practices in relation to different project types.

Examine the roles of stakeholders in a construction project and the management of their needs.
3.
Identify the attributes needed for a project manager leading a complex project.
4.
Develop a project strategy defining the key policies and procedures for a complex construction project.
