Aims

This module introduces students to quality assurance and improvement, providing them with opportunity to apply their knowledge and understanding to real life scenarios. Students will be introduced to quality improvement theory, evaluation of quality improvement, and how to make a case for quality improvement.

Learning Outcomes

Using appropriate theories and techniques, evaluate areas for improvement in the given case study or workplace.
2.
Analyse a range of quality assurance models, identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
3.
Make a case for quality improvement within the given case study or workplace.
4.
Discuss ways to assure quality in the workplace.
