Module Content
Outline Syllabus:
In this module students will expand on and enhance the student’s existing acting technique through an exploration in two areas.
1. Rehearsal and Performance Project - Either a scene from play written in heightened text or a piece of dramatic text that will be chosen from a variety of genres, theatre, and performance forms, dependent upon the skill of the group. At the end of each project there will be a performance of the work in front of an invited audience.
2. Alternative Performance Project - The student will develop their skills by taking part in one of the following, Devised Theatre Project, or Acting for Screen Project.
At the end of these projects (except for the acting for screen element) students will present their work on to an invited audience.
