Aims
This module aims to help students understand how an understanding of Psychology can support them when conducting interviews in relation to Qualitative methodology.
Learning Outcomes
1.
Describe the impact psychology can have on investigations.
2.
Recognise and explain how psychology is situated within investigation.
3.
Demonstrate an understanding of how psychology can contribute towards an improved, balanced and fair way and thereby contributing towards a more fair criminal justice system.

Describe how key psychological issues affect policing investigations in relation to qualitative methodologies.
