To provide a broad understanding of the complex relationship that exists between the economic, political and cultural influences that shape and are shaped by technology in the copyright industries
To provide an understanding of essential research and writing skills.

Explain the relationships between key contextual factors in the adoption, evolution and impact of technology in the copyright industries

Recognise research, writing skills and appropriate academic conventions in constructing an argument
