Module Content

Outline Syllabus:Key issues in Organizational Psychology; organizational structure and organizational development; Personality at Work: attitudes, learning, motivation, groups, interpersonal relations, conflict.
Additional Information:This module introduces students to range of historical issues in organizational psychology. Within the core area of organizational psychology students will consider issues such as the processes of organizational development.
