Aims
To provide students with a practical introduction to building surveying and professional skills in a work based context.
To provide students with an introduction to the development and production of building surveying proposals, and their integration with projects
Learning Outcomes
1.
To appreciate and recognise the roles of the building surveyor, and their contribution in practice
2.
To undertake and develop practical surveying skills in accordance to real world scenarios
3.
To apply appropriate presentation skills, both written and verbally, to the development of building surveying proposals
4.
To apply the necessary skills to visualise and interpret building surveying information and its use in projects
