To introduce students to a model for improving their own learning and performance in relation to their academic work and personal career planning.
Learning Outcomes

Consider theories associated with reflective practice.

Reflect on their personal development needs and identify methods to address these.

Encourage students to engage with the development of employability skills by completing a self-awareness statement.
