To enable students to transition successfully between further and higher education

To develop knowledge of the personal skills necessary to succeed on an undergraduate law and criminal justice-related programme

To develop knowledge of the academic skills necessary to succeed on an undergraduate law and criminal justice-related programme

To develop confidence in undertaking group work

Moving from further to higher education successfully

Understanding different academic learning styles

Reading and note-taking in relation to English law and criminal justice
