Aims

The aim of this module is to introduce the principles of partnership working and shared decision making with service users, carers and families.

Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate knowledge of how effective communication is used to maintain appropriate relationships.

Outline the principles of mental capacity laws and their application.
3.
Demonstrate an understanding of shared decision making.
