Aims
The aim of this module is to explore and apply change implementation methodologies and evaluation processes of various organizational interventions.
Learning Outcomes
1.
Critically reflect upon theoretical approaches and analyse their application to achieve effective innovative change implementation strategies.
2.
Justify and interpret theoretical propositions and related bodies of knowledge to critically evaluate the resolution of business problems and recommend actions relevant to contemporary business settings.
3.
Critically apply cross-disciplinary knowledge in decision making with creativity for innovation and change management contexts.
4.
Utilise advanced cognitive and communication skills, tools and digital technologies to communicate appropriately and persuasively with a range of stakeholders.
5.
Evaluate the implementation of OD interventions and judge their usefulness against other change tools and techniques.
