Aims
The module looks at Civil Liberties in the Workplace.
Learning Outcomes
1.
Identify and prioritise source materials needed for a proper understanding of civil liberties
2.
Demonstrate a critical awareness of the factors which determine the degree of legal protection for civil liberties in employment
3.
Analytically and critically appreciate the practices within the field of civil liberties and employment
4.
Evaluate the law concerning civil liberties and apply this knowledge in a variety of contexts.
