Aims

In this module learners will build on the learning outcomes and the theoretical approaches introduced in 7301LBSEGA and continue to evaluate the ways in which their leadership practices are making a difference to patient care.

Learning Outcomes

Module Overview:
This module, part of the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme, will involve a more intense focus on your leadership behaviours and how you respond to patients, staff and organisational needs, as well as how able you are to challenge behaviours and performance in others which have a negative impact on patient experience and outcomes.
