Aims
After completion of this module students should be able to synthesise and critically
evaluate the relationship between leadership, learning, knowledge management and
development. Furthermore, students will be able to interpret and explain the
importance of contextual influences on organisational learning.
Learning Outcomes

Critically evaluate and discuss the link between leadership, learning and development.

Critically understand knowledge management strategies that support and underpin organisational effectiveness.

Synthesise and critically assess theories and frameworks in order to diagnose opportunities for creating a learning approach within organisations.
