1. To convey and understand the powers and rights enjoyed and generated by the EU
2. To explore the relationship between the EU, its Member States and Citizens and national courts
3. To demonstrate how EU law can be applied to the Free movement of Goods and Persons
4. To analyse the tools the EU has developed to ensure uniformity of application of EU Law.
