Aims

To provide opportunities for professionals in education to expand their knowledge of change management. To develop participants' theoretical and evidence based understanding of change management and chaos theory.

Outline Syllabus:Models of change management. The role of vision in change management. Levers of change. Chaos theory. Subject leadership. Curriculum modules Assessment Coaching and mentoring models for change

This module enables education professionals to expand their knowledge of change management. It develops participants' theoretical and evidence-based understanding of change management and chaos theory.
