Aims
The aim of this module is to develop leadership, coaching and mentoring skills and techniques to enable students to contribute to the development of healthcare practice.
Learning Outcomes
1.
Identify own leadership style and themes and opportunities for practice improvement through leadership
2.
Develop a training strategy to meet specific learning needs of groups of healthcare staff
3.
Select and adopt appropriate strategies to improve healthcare practice or to support individuals to achieve their learning needs
4.
Reflect on their own learning needs in relation to their training and development activity undertaken
