Aims
This module aims to introduce theories of strategy formulation, implementation and change. The module will equip learners to practically apply external and internal analysis, use methods, tools and models to identify needs for change, and initiate it within educational settings to maintain sustainable advantage and impact.
Learning Outcomes
1.
Critically evaluate current and contemporary theories and practices on managing strategic change to develop, implement, and maintain sustainable advantage.

Develop a critical understanding of strategic management formulation, implementation and change
3.
Ability to analyse and evaluate external environment and internal capabilities of an organisation and identify, exploit and implement strategic choices that would best support change that could achieve sustainable strategic advantage.

1) What is strategy formulation, implementation and change? 2) External analysis (Analyse Sector and Partners) 3) Internal analysis (Internal audit, Educational strategy, MAT strategy, and structure for implementation) 4) Current and contemporary theories and practices of managing strategic change and continuous improvement for sustainable advantage and impact
