Aims
To enable participants to produce an impact project that investigates a Human Resource Management (HRM) issue, by using a body of contemporary knowledge to identify the impact that the research can or has made to the HRM arena.
Learning Outcomes
1.
Outline and justify appropriate research methods used in diagnosing a HRM problem or issue
2.
Apply a range of theoretical concepts to the identified problem or issue and develop a comprehensive review of the relevant literature
3.
Explore and analyse data gathered to detect emerging themes and the impact for HRM.
4.
Determine an effective set of conclusions to the issue or problem
5.
Reflect critically upon their development and the impact that the research has made, or could make, within the HRM arena
