Aims

To develop a sound understanding of business law and practice, in terms of primary source materials, constitutional documents and other relevant agreements. To develop the key transferrable skills of identifying and analysing relevant information and applying this to meet client needs and effect transactions in the context of business law and practice including taxation.

Learning Outcomes

Critically evaluate the structure and operation of different business media, including the interests of the different parties involved in a business.
2.
Critically understand corporate governance and compliance, and partnership decision making and procedure.
3.
Understand financial issues for business.
