To develop an understanding of the principles, procedures and processes involved in Civil Dispute Resolution

Learning Outcomes

Critically analyse the options available for resolving a civil dispute.
2.
Evaluate funding options, costs risks and other pre-action matters so as to advise a party to a civil dispute.
3.
Explain the steps involved in civil court proceedings from commencement to trial and evaluate options so as to advise a party.
4.
Advise a party to civil proceedings about post trial matters including appeals and enforcement.
