Aims
To facilitate students to develop key legal skills in a clinical setting with appropriate supervision, and enable them to deliver services to the community, engaging in external collaboration where required.
Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate skills in client interviewing, advocacy/persuasive oral communication, case and matter analysis, legal research, written advice legal drafting.
2.
Conduct work in a clinical setting with appropriate supervision.
3.
Critically reflect on legal services undertaken in the context of a university law clinic.

Outline Syllabus:Training on clinical methodologies and processes
Subject specific training, depending and allocation of clinical work at the relevant time (e.g., family clinic, employment clinic)
