Aims
To perform a risk assessment with a specific focus of commercial aspects for a given construction project; and to advise project participants to mitigate identified risks.
Learning Outcomes

Identify risks for construction projects and apply adequate techniques to quantify them using information technology.
2.
Critically evaluate and choose among various strategies to mitigate the risks.
3.
Advising various project participants on the appropriate level of contingency based on priori risk assessment.
4.
Advising on the procurement route in relation to the risks inherit in the project.
