To have a comprehensive understanding of professional practice through appreciating individual and organisational needs in the context of the internal and external environment

Critically evaluate the importance of conducting professional practice in the industry

Analyse the purpose and role of corporate governance to all stakeholders within an organisation, and its relationship to risk management

Evaluate the factors that impact on workforce planning in relation to organisational plans and objectives

Additional Information:Provides students with knowledge and understanding of being a chartered building surveyor. In this module, the knowledge learning outcomes are K5, K8 and the skills learning outcomes are S5.
