Aims
To develop practical knowledge of contemporary HR policies and practices on dealing with conflict in the workplace. Students will explore various challenges in how to handle conflict through dispute resolution, conducting investigations, grievances, disciplinaries and employment tribunals underpinned by the legal framework.
