Aims

This module will enable students to build a comprehensive and critical evaluation of the theory and practice of change management and organisational development. Students will develop the knowledge and skills required to influence, and seek to align theory with organisation development and, crucially, organisational improvement.

Learning Outcomes

Evaluate the nature, purpose and context of organisational development and change management

Synthesise the theories from which change and organisational development are based
3.
Evaluate a range of interventions and responses to organisational needs
