- Advanced communication skills within nursing leadership (NMC 4.3)
- Reflection, feedback and evaluating performance- individual and team (NMC 1.17, 5.8, 5.10)
- Leadership and management strategies and skills including interprofessional working (NMC 4.3, 5.1, 5.3, 5.6)
- Change Management (NMC 5.12, 7.2)
- Decision making, delegation and leading a team (NMC 5.1)

Through interactive lectures, discussions, group tutorials, action learning workshops, private study, and practice, you will foster practical skills of reflection, personal development planning, empowerment, teamwork and leadership.
