Outline Syllabus:Students may opt to specialise in acting, directing, writing, design, creative production or technical roles or to focus on the area of applied theatre. They will plan and agree a portfolio of activity with their respective tutors which they will lead mostly independently in terms of preparation and realisation but which will be focused through regular workshops and a series of opportunities for sharing the work in a ‘performance’ context – (e.g. lunchtime theatre, new script readings, cabaret, participatory workshop) – in order to receive formative feedback on developing skills. A regular weekly laboratory slot will enable students following different specialisms to come together to work collaboratively and share developments.
