Aims
This module builds on the two previous modules focused on personal development (4005LBCENT & 5005LBCENT) to expand student's self awareness and entrepreneurial competencies to a point where they are confident and capable leading teams and projects.
Learning Outcomes
1.
Manage and lead team projects effectively and ethically, demonstrating an ability to motivate, negotiate persuade, delegate and manage conflict

Critically evaluate leadership skills using relevant theory and experience to define leadership values and approach
3.
Review and critically reflect on goals, personal development and contributions to team performance in the context of theory and practice in order to develop long term plans that sustain and expand learning and entrepreneurial competences
