Module Overview:
You will be able to critically discuss the effect of climate change on health and well-being and will also explore the extent of the global challenges to apply thinking to local cities and local communities.
Additional Information:Sustainability, health and wellbeing are global issues. Every nation is facing significant challenges. Climate change is broadly recognised as the biggest global health threat. Together with other factors such as an increasingly aging population, multimorbidity, disability, depleting resources and issues related to wide scale health and wealth inequality, the challenges facing global health are substantial. During this module we will explore the extent of the global challenges and will apply our thinking to local cities and local communities.
